Many thanks once more to Deb for her help booking our trip to Thailand next year. We had picked our holiday from a national travel agency and were ready for Deb to book for four of us. In discussion we mentioned that it was a long flight, not even taking us to the nearest airport so a long road journey would follow ….. Deb was immediately on the case! Firstly she accessed Travel Counsellors customers’ reviews of the hotel (thankfully confirming it would suit us). She then researched options if she booked direct with the hotel and a different airline and came up trumps! The alternative route not only left from Heathrow instead of Gatwick and broke the journey in half with only an hour’s transfer, but gave us additional luggage allowance, a private transfer and also a complementary room upgrade with the hotel. All of these positives with the bonus of a cheaper price! Wow wow wow! What an amazing break away from start to finish Debra Williams organised every last detail, she is the best Travel Counsellor in the world! From finding the perfect location, getting the relaxed break away from work and daily stresses with a bit of craziness if we wanted! Marbella was the perfect place for us for our long romantic weekend away! From airport to hotel transfer and checking us in Deb sorted it to precision nothing could of gone more to plan, Debs sorted us the perfect romantic break away, a fantastic 4* hotel in Marbella - Private taxi transfer was booked and waiting for us on arrival, and picked us up on time for departure. The hotelroom was fantastic and ready on arrival, very big indeed, fully equipped with everything needed, and with the most beautiful sea view it was perfect! The hotel was amazing with its own golf course and spa, it was immaculately clean and tidy and the staff were fab. The beach was owned by the hotel with no worries about getting sun loungers and being approached endlessly by people selling. I asked for quiet hotel and location but with the option to party if we wanted... that’s exactly what we got with an easy 8 minute taxis journey into the heart of Marbella. The maid service and breakfast facilities were fabulous - cleaned our room every day, made beds, mopped floor, fantastic staff. Breakfast consisted of freshly made omelettes, fried breakie and fresh fruit everyday. For the perfect get away book it through Debs, hassle free and guaranteed perfection, with the safety net of knowing that I could call her if i had any problems was a weight off my mind! Now we really need to get together to discuss next years mini break away. Thankyou debs you are truely wonderful at what you do! We had an amazing time and loved every second, thankyou so much!
