This was my first booking with Debbie at Travel Counsellors, and it certainly will not be my last. From the outset, Debbie provided excellent support throughout the entire booking process, clearly explaining all available options and ensuring every detail was carefully considered. As our holiday included a cruise, Debbie continued to assist well beyond the initial booking, proactively reminding us when it was time to arrange excursions, restaurant reservations and other key elements. She also ensured we were fully informed of all visa requirements, meaning nothing was overlooked. Debbie checked us in for both our outbound and return flights, removing the need to worry about accessing Wi-Fi or managing this ourselves while away. All transfers and pre-stay hotel arrangements were organised seamlessly, and it was extremely reassuring to know that, should any issues have arisen, I could contact Debbie directly to resolve them. Having experienced travel disruptions in the past, this level of support provided genuine peace of mind. The pre-stay hotel Debbie selected was excellent, and the thoughtful welcome gesture of fruit and a personal message on arrival was a lovely touch. The cruise itself was fantastic, and Debbie did an outstanding job of coordinating the entire trip and taking all the stress out of the process. Our travel counselor Debbie, was exceptional attentive to every detail of our vacation. From initial planning to execution and our personal travel. She accompanied us on every leg. Making sure we had everything required and our every need, including refreshment arranging thought of in airports. Debbie thought of more than just travel she asked about plans at airports and made sure we had considered all aspects of the holiday. It was especially thoughtful when on our arrival she had left a personal note in our room, letting us know she was there no matter when or what. Our holiday in the Maldives was a special occasion and it was exceptionally special as the resort and food and ambience were top class. I’ve been to the Burg Al Arab so I’ve a bit experience. This is a different scene but as stunning. The Maldives visit was like going to a different planet, it’s beautiful to see and experience. Having done a lot of my own holiday organizing in the past, it is beyond comprehension how amazing it was to have Debbie arrange so much for us. I have recommended her to friends and family and hope they take the opportunity to seek her services. She has become a valued asset and friend during our recent vacation. Really excellent all round service. Booked a cruise gave us tips on how to save and get the best value on board which was really valuable to us. Also no pressure to book caught up with us a couple of times but left us to make our own informed decision which we liked.

We have just returned from a two week holiday in the Maldives which Debbie Watson Travel organised from start to finish. We knew the Island we wanted to stay so Debbie arranged the whole trip including all transfers to perfection. (3 flights , speedboat and bus) We arrived to fruit and wine in our room. Our guest relations Nipon informed us that our Agent had been in touch and he was there to help in anyway. We even had late room check out and later departure ?? from the Island . When I say everything was organised by Debbie Watson, I certainly mean it every detail was covered. We will certainly be using her again in the future.
