Amazing friendly service! The best holiday ever! Emma was amazing from the start. She was our Disney Fairy Godmother of holidays. Every step of the way, including during our holiday, she was available to answer any questions. Highly recommend booking through Emma to take the stress away. With recommendations and tips, we experienced the best out of a Disney holiday than we would have if we had tried to book ourselves. We will certainly be booking with Emma again. Thank you, Emma. From booking our holiday to the end of our trip Emma went to infinity and beyond to make everything go as smooth as possible for us, the trip to Disney was so relaxed and magical and that is only due to Emma and her expertise and advice.

We have just returned from a multi-stop trip in the USA organised by Emma Gibson, our Travel Counsellor, and we're already thinking about the next one! Emma helped us with ideas, organisation and booking including experiences over in the states too. We travelled from Nashville to Memphis and then onto New Orleans and Boston, and she organised buses, trains and aeroplanes for us! We had the luxury treat of a chauffeur-driven transfer to the airport too. Emma catered for a couple of different budget ideas and we were able to choose what suited us best and one of our hotels was so glamorous! It was better than I expected! My itinerary was available through on the app and we did have a small issue and used the 24/7 emergency duty line for the first time, and the agent was responsive and helpful. I would totally recommend the personalised service provided by the Travel Counsellors.

Emma is the only reason we go abroad. She takes all the stress out of it and is as excited about our holiday plans as well are. I would (and do) recommend her to anyone!

Planned a special engagement in Iceland for me and my now fiancée. Emma was invaluable throughout the process I was always able to contact her and she regularly checked in or worked in the background to ensure all the plans were running smoothly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We've been really busy at work over Christmas and didn't fancy spending hours trying to find the right hotel, book flights and all that goes with it for our New year mini break in Paris so Emma did all the hard work for us and found us a lovely hotel, booked our flights, transfers and parking.....nice and easy!

A huge thanks to Emma who organised my first ever cruise which was with Disney Cruise Line. She looked after every detail, answering all my questions & recommending activities, restaurants to eat in and excursions. Emma organised and actioned all my extras including purchasing a photo package, a character meet & greet, booking a brunch and a day excursion to Bilbao! She also ensured that my check in ran smoothly especially since the system had an issue with my passport ?? Emma sorted it swiftly! I had an amazing trip and will be booking with Emma again ??

We booked with Emma as a special holiday for my husband’s belated birthday holiday. She listened and advised us when we told her what we wanted - her Disney knowledge is unbelievable! Before we went she checked that everything was in hand and reminded us that she was only a phone call away! A lot had changed in the 5 years since we had been before and Emma was able to tell us about the booking system for Avengers etc. Nothing was too much trouble and Emma checked in while we were away. Overall a pleasure to deal with and with all that Disney knowledge there is no where else I would look to book a holiday. Loved it all!
