Planned a special engagement in Iceland for me and my now fiancée. Emma was invaluable throughout the process I was always able to contact her and she regularly checked in or worked in the background to ensure all the plans were running smoothly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We booked with Emma as a special holiday for my husband’s belated birthday holiday. She listened and advised us when we told her what we wanted - her Disney knowledge is unbelievable! Before we went she checked that everything was in hand and reminded us that she was only a phone call away! A lot had changed in the 5 years since we had been before and Emma was able to tell us about the booking system for Avengers etc. Nothing was too much trouble and Emma checked in while we were away.
