Disneyland Paris Fam Trip 2024.
Staying at Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne My base was Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne, a fun Wild West themed hotel with colourful, characterful touches and a really friendly atmosphere. It is a great option if you want to stay in the Disney bubble without stretching the budget too far. The regular shuttle and pleasant walk to the parks made it easy to get in early and stay late for the evening shows.
Exploring Both Parks Over the course of the trip I visited both Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park, making the most of as many attractions, shows and areas as possible. Being able to experience both parks properly means I can now advise on how many days you are likely to need and which areas to prioritise if you are travelling with younger children, teens or as adults.
One of the highlights was watching the Disney Electrical Sky Parade. Seeing the drones light up the night sky in sync with music and projections was genuinely magical and gave that goosebump “only at Disney” feeling.

The iconic Disneyland Hotel, with its elegant, fairytale feel and incredible position right at the park gates. This is the ultimate choice for guests seeking luxury and convenience. Seeing the different hotel styles first‑hand means I can now match each family or couple to the right Disney hotel more accurately.
Dining & Character Experiences During the stay I sampled Disney quick service dining, which is perfect for fast, flexible meals between attractions. There is a good variety of options, and it works really well if you want to stay on the go without committing to long sit‑down meals.
A real standout was character breakfast at Plaza Gardens. Meeting classic Disney characters while enjoying breakfast inside Disneyland Park is a brilliant way to start the day and creates those special “meet and greet” moments without long queues later on.
Travelling With Industry Colleagues I travelled with a fantastic group of people from different travel agencies. Sharing the experience with other industry professionals meant plenty of honest conversations about what works best for families, couples and groups, and lots of practical tips that I can now pass on to my own customers.
