I am feeling incredibly proud and grateful to share some special news: I have been recognised with an award from Travel Counsellors for going above and beyond for my customers during the recent Middle East situation. When travel plans are affected by events outside your control, it can feel overwhelming. My priority throughout was simple: to take care of my customers. That meant offering clear, trusted advice, acting quickly when plans needed to change, and always striving for the very best outcome for every trip. In challenging circumstances, communication and integrity matter more than ever.
