There are cities you visit, and then there is Rome-a place that doesn’t exist in the present but breathes through layers of history, art, and timeless grandeur.
I had the opportunity to visit
St Peter’s Basilica
Spanish steps
Trevi Fountain
Colosseum
We walked for miles, past narrow cobbled streets, sunlit piazzas, and hidden corners. We even managed to watch a Newcastle United game in an Irish bar in Rome…. Fantastic!
