In an age of AI, the human touch matters more than ever.

We’ve all experienced it. You book online. You need help. You call a number. Press 1. Press 2. Press 5. Endless hold music. Or an online chat that almost understands but not quite.

When it comes to booking a holiday, almost simply isn’t good enough. A holiday isn’t a transaction. It’s personal. It’s time away as a family. It’s memories being made. It’s stories you’ll talk about for years to come.

After 21 years of running my own travel business, I still believe the most important part of planning a holiday is listening.

I want to know:

• What your family is really like

• What you love doing together

• What matters most to you on this trip

Because no two families and no two holidays are ever the same.

Technology absolutely has its place. It helps.  It supports.   It streamlines. But it can’t replace experience, understanding, and genuine care. It can’t replace a real conversation. And it certainly can’t replace someone who treats your holiday as if it were their own.

Customer service matters more than ever and the human touch isn’t going anywhere. That’s how I book holidays.
