We have just returned from a wonderful weekend of celebrating a special birthday. We joined Ambassador Ambition Cruise ship for a 70’s themed weekend of fun. Our weekend was organised by our Travel Consultant, Gemma Cochrane. Gemma was excellent in organising us. So professional. All communication was friendly, clear and timely. All steps to booking the cruise, making payments & confirming details was very easy throughout due to Gemma’s communication & the very easy to follow/use App. I can’t recommend Travel Counsellors highly enough. We’ll definitely be using Gemma’s skills again.

Booking our holiday with Gemma Cochrane was one of the best decisions we made when deciding where to travel. Gemma suggested beautiful locations and itinerary inspiration. She was able to build us the perfect trip to Mauritius to celebrate a milestone birthday without any of the stress that usually accompanies planning a holiday. Gemma stayed in contact with us before our trip and sorted all documents and check-ins. Due to unforeseen circumstances our outbound flight had to make an emergency stop, unbeknownst to us Gemma was handling the delay with our onward travel and when we landed we were met with reassuring messages that our connections to the hotel would still be waiting for us. Gemma was on hand during our trip and helped us to organise some additional excursions whilst we were away as well as some in room birthday surprises. I can not recommend Gemma Cochrane enough- I was extremely nervous about booking a holiday having not booked a family trip in 5years. Gemma worked with me to make the experience a positive one - her attention to detail is amazing! The hotel was gorgeous and flights were seamless with Gemma even promoting me with my online check-in. My youngest son is autistic and Gemma looked into ‘assisted travel’ to ensure we were supported. Unfortunately while away my son broke out in chicken pox which would have been stressful if it wasn’t for Gemma being on hand speaking to the hotel and ensuring I was safe during my unexpected extended stay. We booked our family 2024 summer holiday through Gemma Cochrane, Travel Counsellor. As a full-time working Mum of two children, searching for holidays, trying to meet everyone's requirements whilst maintaining budget is extremely time consuming and I often go round in circles and procrastinate with myself, Gemma took this away from me. Not only does she do all the 'leg' work, list3ning to our needs, but she was also an amazing sounding board and council when discussing holiday options.
