I give 10 as I felt Gemma was amazing at sorting out trip for booking and actually booking it. Great service. Obviously we haven’t been on our trip yet so can only score on what has happened so far. That’s why I delayed in scoring as we haven’t yet taken the trip!!

Gemma is new to me I have always used Travel counsellor to book my holidays. I have just asked Gemma to book another holiday for us next year which she has, I can not fault your company very efficient and reliable nothing is to much .

Gemma was great in getting our flights booked and advising us on our travel. She understood our request to only have some of our trip organised.

Gemma understood our requirements as a family and made great suggestions for destinations and accommodation options. Where we had options, she explained her opinion on what she thought would be best, without bring too forceful. She was patient and understanding of the changing goal posts (regarding dates) as my older teenagers changed their availability a few times!! We haven’t had our family holiday as yet, but it’s all booked through Gemma and we have high hopes!

Contacted Gemma with a request for a last minute holiday, flying out within the next 5 days. She came back to me within a couple of hours with 5 fantastic options to choose from and within another couple of hours (because we couldn’t make our mind up) our holiday was booked, checked in and had our boarding passes!! From the minute I spoke to Gemma I felt reassured. Luckily she was able to interpret my wide brief and we've just returned from a fabulous short cruise. Plans were easily made and altered by Gemma, which was lovely. All dealt with by a quick email. More than that though, Gemma's thoughtful messages in the run up to our departure helped build our excitement! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gemma, what a star!
