Gill (Gillian) Clarke planned a holiday for me and my family to Perth Australia. This holiday was fabulous because of Gill's recommendations and hard work. She listened when I explained about my mobility issues and my child's desire to see Australian nature. In real terms she arranged for pick up and drop off everywhere from the airport to the desert star gazing trip. She even ensured that the vehicles were accessible and booked aisle seats on the right side of the plane when the airline did not have business class seats available. I spoke to her recently about a proposed trip to Penang and she mentioned a hotel with family rooms which offers direct access to the pool from an accessible room.
