It's Nice to Meet You.

Hi, my name is Gillian and I am based on the Wirral and live with my husband Peter. I have been in travel for over 45 years and have travelled quite extensively so have great knowledge of many destinations. I am a truly independent travel agent and have the flexibility of tailor-making your holiday or am able to book many tour operators such as Jet2 Holidays and Easyjet Holidays.

So whatever your Dream Holiday might be, wherever it may be a cruise, family beach holiday, luxury long haul, or city break, I am here to make that dream come true. My aim is to give you the best customer experience from the initial planning right through to when you return home.

Gillian is extremely professional and most pleasant to deal with. We asked her to arrange our holiday to Barbados this year and it could not have gone smoother. Gill arranged the flights well beforehand and sorted out the seats and the special assistance at Manchester airport. She has been available every step of the way answering any queries we may have had. We had requested a particular type of accommodation at the South Gap Hotel in St Lawrence and as she knew we were getting married, had a bottle prosecco waiting for us for the wedding day. We can’t thank Gill enough for her efforts in making our holiday special and to that end we have re-booked with her again for 2025. Without hesitation, I would recommend Gillian Murray my Travel Counsellor to anyone thinking of booking a holiday. I feel the attention you get from her is personal and the information and advice on holidays is very detailed and reliable due to the long experience she and her colleagues have had in the industry .She will get in touch with hotels and find out details that high street and online travel agents never would which can make the difference between hoping a holiday will be a success and knowing it will.Nothing is too much trouble for Gill and I wouldn’t dream of using any other Travel Agent Pat Smith

If I was looking to book any type of holiday my first port of call ( pardon the pun) would be Gill. In my experience Gill goes the extra mile to put together a package that suits you in every way. Her after sales service is excellent too, many travel agents can be less than nterested once the holiday has been sold.

We have just returned from a holiday arranged by Gill. Pre cruise stay in Dubai then cruise around the UAE. Excellent hotel, all transfers spot on and fab cruise. Gill took on board all our requirements and it all went very smoothly. Loved it - thanks Gill
