We originally booked our road trip in America honeymoon through a company that went into administration and asked Hannah to replicate the trip as best she could. Hannah went above and beyond and really took our welfare and our need to maximise our time into account. Hannah had so many great recommendations and we ended up with an even better itinerary than the original. Unfortunately due to COVID the honeymoon was cancelled and we haven’t been able to rearrange as yet but as soon as we are able to I’ll be getting back in touch to rebook. Hannah has been great in helping me with an itinerary for a trek up Mount Kilimanjaro and a recovery stop afterwards. The speed of how she put together different itinerary options was great, we chopped and changed a couple of times but Hannah was so patient with us and made us feel comfortable and confident with our itinerary at each point. I cannot recommend her and her knowledge enough to anyone. I looked into this trip last year but two things stopped us; Covid and I just didn’t feel comfortable with who was helping us last year. 5?? all the way...cannot recommend Hannah enough! Hannah booked our recent holiday to Dubai staying at the Madinat Jumeriah. When we first contacted Hannah, we weren’t sure where we wanted to go, we just needed to relax in the sunshine after a long stint apart as we work overseas. From start to finish Hannah was incredibly attentive. She is patient, helpful and honest! The booking process is so personal and tailor made to suit you. We changed our budget, destination and dates twice! This didn’t phase Hannah at all and almost instantly she provided another itinerary for us to view which can all be done via the app making it so easy to look at during a busy working day. From personal restaurant recommendations, documentation, transport, online check in, upgrades and preferences - Hannah sorts it all! Even informing us late one night of an available flight upgrade which she literally sorted within minutes! ?? The moment we reached our destination Hannah was touching base to check everything was all good, as well as during, and even a text when I’d landed to check we were back home safely.
