Customer Referral Prize Draw 2026 

 

1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Travel Counsellors Limited. 
2. The referral prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to all UK residents who are existing customers of the Promoter and aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. 
3. How to enter:  

a)      You will automatically be entered into the prize draw if you (the “Referrer”) refer a new customer (the “Referee”) to us either (i) via your Travel Counsellor  or (ii) via the Mention Me referral link and that new customer subsequently makes a “Qualifying Booking”, which is a holiday booking that meets all the following requirements:

 

i)        Holiday must be booked with Travel Counsellors (via a Travel Counsellor based in the UK), for leisure purposes. Any booking made for business travel will not constitute a Qualifying Booking. 

ii)       Booking must be made between 01/01/2026 and 31/05/2026. The booking departure can be at any time.

iii)     The booking value is a minimum of £3000.

iv)     The new customer pays for the booking in full and the booking is not cancelled prior to travel.

 

b)      A “new customer” is someone who has not previously made a booking with the Promoter and is not already registered in the Promoter’s customer database. 

4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure. 
5. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on the 31st of May 2026. The winner will be notified by email (using the email address provided when the referral was made).
6. The winning Referrer and their Referee (the “Winners”) will each receive a £1,000 voucher to be redeemed against any future booking made with their Travel Counsellor (“Prize”). The following terms apply to the Prize: 

c)      The Prize must be redeemed by the Winners within the first 6 months of the Referee returning from their Qualifying Booking. 

d)      The Prize will be applied to each winner’s booking (“Winner’s Booking”) at the time of booking. The Winner’s Booking must have a departure date that commences within 18 months of the Referee’s Qualifying Booking return date. 

e)      If the value of a Winner’s Booking is less than £1,000, then the voucher will be used to redeem the full cost of the Winner’s Booking (and the winner will be refunded any deposit(s) paid) and a further voucher will be issued to the winner totalling the difference between the Winner’s Booking and £1,000 (“Surplus Voucher”). Any Surplus Voucher can be applied to any subsequent holiday that the winner books with Travel Counsellors, provided such holiday is booked before 31 December 2026. If a winner does not make an additional booking with Travel Counsellors before 31 December 2026, any Surplus Voucher will expire and will no longer be valid. No extension is possible. 

f)        The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings. No cash alternative is offered. The Prize can only be redeemed against each Winner’s Booking. 

7. Each Winner is solely responsible for ensuring all insurance, visa and passport requirements in connection with the fulfilment of the Prize are complied with. 
8. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.  
9. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.  
10. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 
11. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and country of prize winners to anyone who emails  legal@travelcounsellors.com or writes to the Promoter’s address set out in Condition 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 3 months of the draw date If you object to any or all of your surname and country being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at legal@travelcounsellors.com.  In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 
12. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

14. Use of the Mention Me referral link is subject to Mention Me Limited’s terms and conditions.
15. These terms and conditions and the promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do so in the Courts of England and Wales.
