James was so great to work with. He understood the assignment, came up with perfect recommendations, and has been on hand ever since with support and advice without me even asking. I have already told everyone to use him, and I will continue to use James to book holidays for the foreseeable.

So we booked a jet2 holiday with James during August school holidays. I really can’t recommend enough, he was beyond helpful and professional and was so re-assuring for all the uncertainty around holidays today. I would just like to take the opportunity to thank James for his fantastic customer service throughout the booking process and beyond. Due to my stepdaughter being 14 we had to provide a negative PCR test within 72 hours of arrival at our destination. 12 hours before we were due to leave for the airport, we received a void test result due to an error at the testing centre. At this point we got in touch with James as we were running out of ideas. James was actually on holiday himself at this time, laid on the beach to be exact! He dropped everything straight away and worked tirelessly. After hours of trying to find a test centre that we could get to and receive the results in time, we found nothing and had basically given up. With that, James found a test centre, sent over the booking details and we got there just in time. Thankfully, we received a negative test result with hours to spare. In a nutshell, James took time out of his own holiday to save my family’s and we can’t thank him enough!! I can highly recommend James, we have already booked another holiday with him and will 100% be doing so again in the future. James goes above and beyond to help out his clients and has a great knowledge of the travel industry. Thanks again!

Have booked my 2022 holiday with James. A very easy process, James did all the hard work and came back with 3 holidays in what I would consider luxury destinations all within our price range.
