I recently returned from a guided touring holiday in Namibia organised and coordinated by Jane Sedgwick. We covered around 2000km, and Jane put together a really interesting itinerary with a perfect mix of the wide ranging culture and relaxation. The places we visited were all amazing and all unique in such different ways. Jane dotted every “I” and crossed every “t” and the holiday ran like clockwork which added to the relaxation. Cannot reccommend highly enough for making sure you get a holiday to surpass your expectations. The wonderful memories made will last a lifetime!

Where do I start! I have booked with Jane both times to go to South Africa and both times in the middle of a pandemic. I have always booked my own travel previously and I decided to book through Jane on my first trip as she is the professional and would assist me should I need it. Well – little did I know how much assistance Jane would be providing me going forward. On my second trip the journey to SA went relatively smoothly – however Jane had her work cut out getting me back from SA being a ‘Red Country’. I have just enjoyed an 11 night stay in Rhodes, via Ethiopia, missing flights due to delays etc – oh yes and did I mention that Jane even sent me all the links as I need an Emergency Passport at the British Embassy in Pretoria due to new EU regulations etc. It has been a whirl wind trip and one I will never forget. Jane was given quite a demanding brief to sort a holiday for six ladies. She found us a great deal, sorted all the nitty gritty details and we’re really looking forward to our break. She was very helpful and prompt in responding to queries. We’d all certainly recommend her.

Jane was totally fabulous in arranging a birthday holiday as a surprise. Nothing was too much trouble and she checked that everything was ok when my parents were away. Jane provides an excellent service.

Four of us have just returned from a fantastic city break to Granada organized by Jane . Due to the French air traffic control strike last week our flight home on the Thursday evening was cancelled. Jane kept us updated, sorted out hotel accommodation for a further 2 nights bed, breakfast and evening meal paid for directly by easy Jet !! & got us flights home on the Saturday from Malaga. Having seen the chaos at Granada airport with over 100 people trying to get new flights we consider ourselves very lucky to have had Jane sorting everything out. We will definitely be using Jane again ,5 star service. ps yummy welcome home chocs sent to us by Jane a lovely touch.

We had a truly amazing time on holiday. You will be pleased to know that everything went off brilliantly, completely flawless, including the skydive!! All the flights were on time, we got all the seats you reserved, Tills even got an upgrade to First Class on the Emirates flight and ended up with a suite all to herself on the plane….amazing! I would go as far as saying Soneva Fushi should be your number one recommendation for anyone wanting an uber luxury island holiday. It simply could not be any better. Thank you for the parcel from Betty’s that arrived today. It’s one of our favourite tea shops. Our trip to Belgium was most enjoyable. All the arrangements worked fine, although we were amazed that we didn’t have to show any tickets on the internal train journeys - all that printing you did turned out to be unnecessary. I wonder if they ever do any spot checks. The only potential problem was that Brussels Midi station has a completely different name in Flemish, and we might have got off at the wrong stop on the way back from Ghent, but we worked out where we were just in time. That’s the problem with a country that has two languages, one of which is incomprehensible! Both hotels were good. The one in Ghent had more character and was particularly well located for all the sights. The Antwerp one was more of a business hotel, but perfectly comfortable and very convenient for the station.

We just wanted to touch base with you and let you know that we have just had the most perfect holilday thanks to you. We had a ball in Sri Lanka and we want to go back. Everything worked like clockwork, England won the test. The hotel was in such a wonderful location, and it was great to have the room available all day on our final day. All the extra touches have made it so special and personal, including the welcome home chocolates. Thank you, we really are most exceptionally grateful.

Argentina is a great place to visit. I'd thoroughly recommend it. Such varied scenery and experiences. From glaciers and overwhelmingly big waterfalls to deserts and multicoloured mountains. And then there's Buenos Aires. We never did make it to a tango club but on the last night a singer and guitarist strolled into the cafe we were in and treated us to a few tango songs. We loved all the little cafes and 'restobars' - cheap and cheerful and full of character. And if you do want to go there (or anywhere else for that matter) we can recommend getting Jane Sedgwick to organise it for you. Everything worked perfectly smoothly and we were fully supported all the way
