Jess is fantastic. She was kind funny and so helpful. Having ADHD is sometimes a barrier to me organising and filling out documents. Jess was respectful with reminders that were so helpful. I have recommended her to friends who also had neurodivergency as she is outstanding. Jess is just amazing.

We had a fantastic experience booking our trip with Jess from Travel Counsellors. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Jess was incredibly patient and accommodating, especially as we were a group of eight with lots of different opinions. She managed all of our requests with ease, from arranging single rooms to checking multiple hotel options and price points until we found something that suited everyone. All the logistics were seamless. Our airport transfer was a lovely mini coach, which made travelling together really comfortable, and even the new fingerprint passport control process was quick and straightforward. We wanted to write to let you know that we had a great time staying at the Rainforest Chapel. My son and daughter in law came for one of the nights we were there and absolutely loved it. We had some amazing walks, and it was great to be able to leave the car parked up and just walk into the forest. The local pub was welcoming, as were your neighbours and we loved that we didn’t have to go far for a takeaway ?? Our dog was in his element lying outside the front door and watching the world go by, as well as running around in the forest. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Chapel or stay there again.

Jess was wonderful! She listened to all my requests and truly understood what kind of holiday myself and family wanted. She delivered an amazing itinerary that meets the wants and needs of all of us travelling and really reflects our interests and ways of travel.
