My Travel Counsellors agent put together a package for me - based on my very specific criteria. They tailored it to fit exact dates/times/venues that I requested. When my flight was delayed they rescheduled my airport transfer at no extra cost. The personal touch is invaluable, as is the 24/7 support especially when you have issues abroad. I cannot recommend Travel Counsellors enough for the personal touch and the knowledge that someone is there to support you and rearrange bookings when your travel doesn't quite go according to plan!

I always recommend Jessica Cullen for travel! I worked with her years ago and know she’s a total pro, so when it came to booking our big family trip to Florida, she was my first choice. Jess made everything easy, she held flights as soon as they were released, found the perfect accommodation and park tickets within budget, and happily made changes when I asked. The whole process was smooth, payments were simple, and she kept in touch throughout the 11 months leading up to our trip. She called before we left to check we were ready, kept in touch while we were away, and had us checked in for our flight home before I even woke up! Having everything in the TC app was brilliant, the kids loved checking it for the countdown! I 100% recommend Jess and Travel Counsellors, already saving for the next trip!

Just returned from an all inclusive holiday in Turkey organised by Blanche. We were a part of 4 adults and 4 kids, we knew which resort we wanted but using Travel Counsellors meant we had the perfect accommodation for our mixed group, private transfers, excellent pre-departure care by Blanche & Jess and saved over £1k compared to just booking on line. Last week, Steve and I had our first holiday abroad since 2019. This year we're celebrating 20 years of marriage, as well as my milestone birthday, so we wanted to make this trip extra special. We chose Croatia – somewhere Steve had never been before. To make everything stress-free, we asked Jessica Cullen from Travel Counsellors to organise it for us. We gave Jess our budget and travel dates, and she worked her magic. Everything was perfectly planned from start to finish. We flew from Birmingham Airport which, if I'm honest, was a bit of a shambles. The queues for passport control and security were enormous, with only a few scanners open. Thankfully, that was the only downside of the whole holiday. We arrived safely and were met by our private transfer to the Royal Neptune Hotel, which is part of the Royal Hotels group. Staying there gave us access to all of the facilities across the complex. The hotel is just outside Lapad and only a short distance from Dubrovnik. Everything was fantastic – spotlessly clean, well-maintained and with excellent facilities. In hindsight, we probably should have booked a room on a higher floor, but as we were only in it to sleep, it really wasn't a problem. The choice of pools was amazing, from the stunning rooftop infinity pool to freshwater and seawater pools, plus easy access straight into the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. We also tried nearly all of the restaurants, and every meal was absolutely delicious. Feeling adventurous, we caught the local bus into Dubrovnik – which was an experience in itself! We rode the cable car up Mount Srđ and celebrated my birthday at the top with Prosecco and apple pie while enjoying the incredible views. Dubrovnik is a beautiful old town, full of history, hidden alleyways, charming little bars and fantastic restaurants. We found everything to be very reasonably priced, and there was so much to explore.

I am so grateful to Jessica for planning the most perfect trip. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and the reasons as to why. I couldn’t be more grateful and impressed with Jessica and I will never plan a holiday again without her input. Five stars all round and a million thanks.

Jessica booked good central hotels in both locations. She also arranged a transfer to the first hotel and train tickets between locations, also from Aarhus to Copenhagen airport. She arranged the flights and looked at various times and options to ensure we had all that we had requested. She is always pleasant and helpful and I will definitely use her service again

Jessica is simply fantastic. From day one, she brought a level of care, professionalism, and personal touch that made the whole experience feel effortless. We couldn't have planned the trip with out Travel counsellors Where can l start We couldn't have planned this trip on our own.We had the idea of a bucket list trip to Cambodia and Vietnam. Contacted Jess regarding it and she came up with a itinerary it was a bit full on for us. It took 3 attempts to get it to our satisfaction. All of which Jess did with endless patience. Then the war started and our flights were cancelled via Abu dhabi. Jess worked hard and found us alternativesflights it cost us a bit more but better than cancelling and loosing a lot of money. ( most travel insurance doesn't cover war) In all she booked 7 flights 3 hotels all excellent , numerous trips even contacting our hotels to print of boarding cards for us l could go on . Dealing with Jess was nothing but a pleasant experience.

Jess booked us a fantastic villa in Tenerife for our family celebration. A small hiccup at the start of the holiday was sorted out super fast with a great and easy solution. If anything it made a great start to the holiday. Thanks once again Jess.

Jessica Cullen booked the flights, hotel and transfers for us and as always it was seamless. Jess was constantly in contact with us to ensure we had nothing to worry about. We stayed at the Valencia Cabillers Hotel in Valencia for the main part of the Fallas - 14th March to the 19th March.

We wanted to take the kids travelling across America in an RV but didn’t know where to start, I found Jessica through Facebook and from the start she was brilliant with us, she put together a few options for us and give us great info to help us figure out a plan, we put our trust in Jessica and her experience and it paid off.
