Jill is a amazing travel agent, nothing is too much trouble. We haven’t been abroad for 6 years so really nervous about going through the airport ect . My experience with Jill was fantastic. She sent me a good selection of hotels and flights to choose from. The hotel I stayed at was lovely. She also was a Godsend when I missed my flight due to massive delays on the motorway. She sorted it all out for me and also helped out by checking me in etc. I will certainly be recommending her to everyone.
