Hello, my name is Jill and I would love to be your personal Travel Counsellor.
With 13 years of experience in the travel industry, including 11 years with Thomas Cook where I progressed from Modern Apprentice to Branch Manager and was proud to be awarded Modern Apprentice of the Year, I bring a blend of deep knowledge, genuine care and meticulous organisation to every trip I plan.
Exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything I do. I set very high standards for myself and take real pride in looking after my clients, from the first conversation to the moment they return home. You will always feel listened to, well‑informed and completely supported.
I work with clients all over the UK, but my heart lies especially with busy professionals and families who simply do not have the time to search, compare and second‑guess every detail. I love taking that weight off your shoulders. From the outset, my focus is on really understanding you: your family dynamic, the ages of your children, what “luxury” feels like for you, and the kind of memories you want to come home with.
Family travel is my passion. I have extensive first‑hand experience of travelling with children from babies through to teens, and I know how different each stage can be. Whether you want a beautiful villa with space for everyone, a five‑star resort with an incredible kids’ club, or a multi‑centre adventure that keeps older children engaged, I will shape everything around your family.
My all‑time favourite destination is Ibiza, a place I have travelled extensively and that truly feels like my happy place. I love revealing its softer, more family‑friendly, stylish side: from peaceful coves and relaxed restaurants to chic beach clubs and laid‑back luxury stays.
