Jo is wonderful to deal with a prompt on responses. She thinks about every detail and follows up when changes are required on your itinerary even when you are actually on the trip. It’s definitely a five star service.

We called Joanna as we knew we wanted to tour Sicily, but couldn't work out where to start on the planning. She had first hand knowledge of the island and very quickly had a draft schedule for us ( eight days, four locations) based on our brief of 'liking historical sites and wanting quirky hotels'. After a couple of tweaks ( all ours which she patiently accommodated) we had our route and it worked brilliantly. The hotels were spot on; always something memorable about them, from an old watchtower with a garden view of temples, to a room with a balcony literally over the Ionian sea which allowed for swims, to a converted convent with views to a Roman theatre to an apartment right in the heart of Palermo's old town restaurant quarter. Great job, Joanna - you made it all painless. We'll be back next time we need help and we'll be recommending you too.

Joanna has consistently delivered the goods. I am not the easiest of customers. I typically book a holiday 24 -48 hours before departing on it, during the busiest holiday periods (Christmas, Easter etc). And I am usually looking for multiple locations within a given country, involving flights, transfers and excursions. Plus I am prone to changing my mind while the holiday is underway, requiring adjustments/rebookings, often at anti-social times and during holiday periods in the UK. Jo rises to the challenge each time, going the extra mile to make things work for me. Full marks!
