I was in India when my mother was taken critically ill. Within 2 hours she had coordinated 3 flights 2 major transfirs enabling me to return home within 16 hours. We cannot speak highly enough about Joanne.

Just to let you know we are safely back from our trip to Lake Garda. We had a wonderful time and the weather was far better than the forecast suggested. The Grand Hotel Gardone Riviera is up there with the best we have stayed in. The staff were brilliant and our room had a proper lake view so we were able to have our meals on a terrace only feet from the shore. Thanks again for all your help, it was absolutely superb.

Thank you very much for all the time and effort you put in to planning our amazing honeymoon to Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. We had an absolute ball and saw so much. It actually felt longer than three weeks as we did so much, thank you for getting the most out of the three weeks possible! The weather also held out and we experienced only a few tropical downpours but we both enjoyed these. A perfect honeymoon to follow our perfect wedding!
