Just recently we were in Disney Florida when I received a phone call that my dad had taken poorly, I called Joanne to help get me back home, not even half an hour and Joanne had booked me flights back home to be with him, even though she was also on her own holiday. I can’t thank Joanne enough she always goes about and beyond and nothing is ever a bother for her.

The process from the 1st phone call with you to the return flight home was painless. You went above and beyond to ensure we had a stress free experience, from planning, booking, visa applications and flight check ins ensured we didn't have to think about anything apart from getting on the flights and enjoying ourselves. Even when Middle East travel restrictions were imposed you took all the stress away from us and found us alternative flights and ensured we received a refund for our original flights. Your knowledge on destinations, excursions, and processes for each destination we visited was second to none. The added touch of delivering our travel documents in lovely personalised travel wallets, complete with luggage tags was a lovely unexpected touch and makes for another momento of our trip. The app was fantastic as well, being easy to navigate and all information on our trip was at our fingertips. There are no words to thank you enough, and we'd give you 20 stars ✨️ out of 10 if we could. Keep on making client's dreams come true. We will definitely be contacting you again for our next trip!
