Wow! I simply could not recommend Katie enough to anyone looking for help or guidance on booking their next holiday. Katie is professional, knowledgeable, approachable, helpful, friendly, honest and incredibly organised and methodical. Katie done a fantastic job in organising a 5-stop-trip which I would never have been able to achieve. Not only this, Katie went above and beyond to sort airport parking, transfers, car hire, insurance, flights and 5 different accommodations. Nothing was too much of an ask: I wanted to make sure all of our accommodations had parking and offered breakfast, which Katie sorted and arranged. We had balconies and sea views where possible, and we even had a welcome snack at one of the accommodations to wish my husband a happy birthday. Katie printed off all of the documents for me, kept me updated on the bookings and what I needed to do (which was pretty much nothing as Katie sorted EVERYTHING) and we even returned home to a postcard from Katie, such a heartwarming touch to finish our trip. Katie made herself available throughout our stay if we needed her and we felt so confident, safe and reassured that everything was in place to the highest standard which made our trip so relaxing, knowing everything had been taken care of. We didn’t need to double check that we had booked things correctly as this was all covered by Katie expertly. I would recommend Katie to everyone and can honestly say although I knew having a Travel Counsellor would make booking a trip easier, I didn’t realise how much they could help: I had the complete luxury of not lifting a finger and having such an amazing holiday booked for me without any research, stress, organisation or arranging. Big thanks to Katie Fletcher for helping us book our holiday to Lake Garda. This is the first time we have used a Travel Counsellor and would highly recommend the service Katie provided us. Within a day of speaking to Katie about our holiday wishes regarding the type of hotel etc. she had found us the holiday we asked for even down to booking our seats on the plane and arranging airport parking if we needed it. The holiday is to celebrate our Ruby wedding and Katie has kindly offered to contact the hotel to see if they can upgrade us or organise a little treat. Katie was professional, helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble.
