OMG! I can’t even explain to you how wonderful Karina has been for us! From waiting on hold for hours to get our hotel room from 12 midnight, and waiting for flights to come out to give us the perfect tailormade holiday. I would never book a holiday abroad without coming to her first ever again. My husband and I were totally thrilled with the service she gave us when choosing and booking our honeymoon. We were a bit of a challenge - he doesn't like hot weather while I pictured white sands and sunbathing - but she got to know us first and came up with lots of different ideas. Once we narrowed it down to an area and type of holiday, using her epic knowledge to help us decide, she did lots of research on our choices and came back to us with options the very same evening. Karina arranged two excellent holidays for us. At least I'm sure both would have been excellent, but the first went a bit awry through no fault of hers or ours. When hotel we were originally booked into bizarrely decided to dig up their swimming pool in the height of the summer season putting many facilities out of service and subjecting guests to noise from heavy machinery, Karina pulled out all the stops to get us a refund, find us an alternative at short notice and with minimal impact to budget - that was probably better than the original. She then went even further to get us an upgraded room for the hassle. On top of this her service in every other way was as professional, friendly, and helpful as one could hope for. I can't thank her enough for our lucky escape - making a brilliant holiday for us out of what could have been a disaster.

After a very brief conversation with Karina Bawler, she really understood exactly what type of traveller I am and put together the most amazing itinerary for me that I could never have done on my own. For anyone looking to book a holiday I can not recommend anyone more than the lovely Karina to help you find the holiday of a life time. Seriously this is a service beyond any regular travel agency. Twice I have stayed at Karina's own holiday home where she has arranged every last detail for me including private transfers and even personalised welcome packs when we arrived late at night. This year we wanted to try somewhere new but after our two previous fabulous holidays in Bulgaria we had very specific wants, needs and requests to live up to the standard we had already experienced and as a single mum with limited budget I felt I we were never going to find what we were looking for. And trust me I have been looking for weeks now. Karina came to my rescue. She managed to find me the perfect place in a very short time, it couldn't have been more than an hour before I got an email with a list of holidays with everything we had asked for included. We finally picked an amazing hotel in Thassos, Greece. Booking was easy and literally took minutes. She really goes beyond just booking though, she can offer any information needed at anytime of the day, before, during and after the holiday and what's even more amazing is that it comes at no extra cost.
