I have just booked a holiday for Feb 26’ in Antigua through Kirsty . The whole process was smooth - always a bonus! Kirsty is clearly ‘at the top of her game .’ She is a delight to deal with but more importantly , she has details at her fingertips and is efficient and knowledgeable. She answers questions without delay if possible- but gets back to you as soon as possible if more research is necessary . It can be a ‘lottery’ booking a holiday but Kirsty is so confident and so knowledgeable that it makes the whole process less anxiety inducing! An excellent experience and would that there more ‘Kirstys’ in the travel business !!

Kirsty went above and beyond to help us find the right location for our summer holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, as we went through a number of options before coming up with a location that the whole family (all with differing needs from a holiday!) feel very, very exited about. Kirsty really took the time to get a deep understanding of the type of surroundings we are attracted to; what we do and do not like in terms of accommodation, and I could tell almost immediately that she had a very sharp sense of what would work for us. Ten out of ten and a huge thank you for taking the pain out of the planning and research that holiday hunting can trigger. The whole process has been a lot more fun with Kirsty on board!
