Amazing communication throughout and was able to answer all of our questions about the resort and she was able to accomodate our specific dates and needs.

Louise’s attention to detail and customer service has been outstanding. She took care of all the admin, checked in with us through the trip to ensure everything was ok. There were a couple of minor things that didn’t go to plan (out of Louise’s and our control) and she sorted these out for us. We have already made another booking through her, she found us a fabulous holiday that we would never have expected to be within our budget!
