Hello and thank you for visiting my web page.
My name is Mandy, your personal Travel Counsellor in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, Bolsover and the surrounding area. I may be familiar to you as I have worked as a travel agent in the main two high street agencies in Sutton, Mansfield and Chesterfield over many years since 2001
However, in 2012 I decided that the high street was no longer for me and I discovered a much better way to offer my clients the service and time that they deserve. This was when I discovered Travel Counsellors, which has led to my "clients" now becoming my friends. Being a Travel Counsellor has given me the chance to get to know you personally to tailor make your perfect holiday, because after all, we all have unique wants and needs from our travel.
Working from home I am available at times that suit you to provide a personal and bespoke service throughout.
Travel is a major part of my life, myself and my husband Paul love to travel ourselves. We began our married life by tying the knot in Cyprus and since then we have been lucky enough to visit many countries: Kenya, India, Mexico, Israel, Egypt, Austria, America, Thailand, Greece, Spain, to name just a few! We also enjoy cruising.
There are so many places still on our bucket list, one of them is Lapland with our grandchildren.

Mandy listened to everything I wanted in my family holiday. I had some holidays priced and sent to me ,we then went through what I liked and disliked. I was then sent some more choices through which ticked all the boxes. The service from Mandy was amazing and always available if I needed to ask questions about my booking, I will be using Mandy for future bookings, it took all the hastle out of searching for myself.

Mandy's expertise means that she can tailor a holiday to our request and adds a personal touch. She saves a lot of time and effort achieving the same end result. Also she is very accessible by phone and e-mail both from home or abroad. Well what can I say. We have just returned from Dubai and Thailand after having the most amazing holiday. This is the first time we have travelled to this side of the world and wanted to ensure that we got the most out of it. Mandy did an amazing job, arranging everything totally tailored to our needs. We did quite a bit of travelling around and Mandy arranged all of this for us, getting hotels in the right areas and ensuring the travel was all arranged. Everything was absolutely perfect and was made so easy for us. We certainly couldn't have asked for anymore from her and will certainly be asking Mandy to help us arrange future travel.

Mandy was absolutely fantastic, My partner and I have had a very hectic schedule lately and getting our holiday planned and booked could have easily been a nightmare. We booked our wedding/honeymoon/family holiday to Cyprus through Mandy at Travel Counsellors.
From start to finish we received an excellent service from Mandy.
She helped us find our perfect location at a fantastic hotel, which was the King Evelthon in Paphos.
Our hotel and the staff at the hotel were superb, they made sure that our wedding was as perfect as we'd hoped it would be, as did Mandy (with the many requests that I'd passed on through her throughout the twelve months of preparation!)
If you are thinking of booking your special day abroad and want an efficient and hands on service then we would definitely recommend Mandy as your chosen holiday representative.

Mandy gave an outstanding level of service throughout the whole process of booking us a holiday last year. Nothing was too much trouble ... from the initial searching of the right hotel to fit our budget, through to the personal touch of a 'welcome home' postcard on the door mat on our return home! She always acts with professionalism and integrity and always goes above and beyond to assist her customers with all matters relating to their holiday booking. As a disabled person, I have particular special requirements when booking a holiday. We received excellent service from Mandy, she tailor made a family holiday to Majorca for us which didn't just meet but exceeded all requirements. My husband and I used Mandy to book our honeymoon and she searched and sent us so many options. Nothing was too much to ask of her and we eventually chose one on her recommendation. From start to finish she was amazing and even filled in our luggage tags for us! I felt as though I had nothing to worry about and could concentrate fully on my wedding. To top it all off, the honeymoon was absolutely amazing, loved every minute and it was everything I had asked for!

Well this was a new experience for us! Since we became Mum and Dad to our fur baby Bruce, we decided that as he is such a good boy he deserved a holiday too! We set sail from Southampton on a sunny August afternoon. How relaxing it was not to worry about how much I could pack with no flights to restrict me on how many shoes I could take! We had already taken advantage of the drinks package by pre-booking in advance and this is certainly something I would recommend. We travelled from Heathrow and our first stop was Bangkok where we stayed three nights at the Majestic Grand hotel, the hotel was in an ideal location with bars and restaurants just outside the hotel. People watching is a fascinating pass time in the city that is for sure, but it is not all hustle and bustle, we had a fantastic day on the floating market, this is a must see whilst in Bangkok.
