Mel is fantastic. She got a great price for a holiday for a big group of us and sorted it all out even though it was the weekend! She answered lots of little questions and was just at the end of the phone! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Having known Mel for years previous to using her services I already knew that she was a lovely, kind and enthusiastic woman who loved her job. We first used her for booking our honeymoon and she was brilliant! One year later we have now used her services again to book our first wedding anniversary trip. Mel sorted us via WhatsApp with flights through Ethiopia, totally avoiding the Middle East. So had no further worries about further cancellations.
