We have used now used Nerys several times to arrange our holiday for us. On this occasion, we wanted to add a few items to our itinerary. Nerys provided us with quotes and continued to adjust arrangements until we were completely happy. We were looking for an ideal family holiday for four adults and one 3 yr old child to Lanzarote so we asked Nerys for guidance. Needless to say, she came up trumps! Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish - finding and booking the holiday, printing and delivering the tickets and boarding passes to our door, contacting the hotel to ask for our preferred rooms and then ensuring that all the boarding passes were in order for our return home. We cannot praise Nerys' service and attention to detail highly enough and will definitely be asking for her support when considering future holidays.
