Nerys was kind enough to book a trip for some friends and I out to Portugal in March. The choices she offered were brilliant and really took into account the dynamic of my group. The booking process was very straightforward as was the arrangements she had made for us while we were in Portugal too. It’s been a bit of a challenge arranging this trip as it’s a Hen Do and getting everything to suit everyone has been hard, but Nerys has accommodated to everything I have asked, has changed things at a drop of a hat and had even found a better deal for us which works out brilliantly! Nothing was too much of an ask and she has ensured that I haven’t had to do anything! She has answered emails out of hours and has phoned to keep me updated, which has put me at ease!
