Hello, I’m Nicola — an independent personal travel agent, proud to run my business in partnership with the award-winning Travel Counsellors.
My office is based in Staffordshire and I have regular clients all over the Midlands, UK as far as the Orkney islands.
One of my biggest passions in life has always been Travel and I truly love helping people make incredible memories around the world. With over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, I’ve built my reputation on delivering exceptional customer service and personalised care to every client. Throughout my career, I’ve helped customers plan unforgettable holidays both face-to-face, over the telephone, and via email, always providing a friendly, professional and personal service from enquiry to return home.
I genuinely care about ensuring every client enjoys the very best holiday experience. The feedback I consistently receive is that my clients truly value the personal approach and exceptional level of customer service that I provide from the initial enquiry to their return home.
For more than 15 years, I successfully operated from my office in Birmingham City Centre for a large retail Travel company working on an appointment-only basis, offering tailored travel planning designed around each client’s individual needs.
I am confident in arranging every type of holiday and travel experience, including booking Family holidays, Luxury escapes, Cruises, Weddings & honeymoons, Group travel & conferences, UK breaks, Safari adventures, Winter sports holidays, Solo travel, Worldwide tailor-made itineraries and Multi-centre trips.

I love adventure & I love to travel and working in travel has taken me on many adventures & to many destinations all over the world. Some of my personal favourite adventures have been in a hot air balloon over the Nile, dinner on the Orient Express, Zip wires over the rainforest canopy in Brazil, dolphin encounters in the Bahamas & pirate antics in Mexico!! Some of my favourite cities of the world are Paris, Florence, Moscow, Havana, Rio & Cairo.
I have extensive knowledge on cruising and experienced many cruise holidays for work and my own family holidays, with Explora Journey's, Oceania, P&O, Cunard, Regent, Crystal, Princess, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Virgin Voyages, Hurtigruten, Marella & Disney cruises Lines, Hurtigruten, I’m very experienced at booking cruise groups, World & River cruises.

In Search of the Northern Lights cruise from Newcastle
We set sail to Norway from Newcastle on Ms Bolette, the flagship of the Fred Olsen fleet, with only 1338 passengers onboard she fely more intimately, elegant. Although smaller she felt spacious, a variety of different bars &lounges to choose to relax before or after dinner. There was live music from singers to string quartets & the favourite quizzes held twice a day & bingo. My favourite lounge

MSC Bellissima Launch
I was excited and lucky enough to have been invited to the launch of the brand new MSC Bellissima for an overnight stay on the 3rd March, 2019 I took a direct train from Birmingham Grand Central station and was then transferred by a quick luxury coach from Southampton Train station to the docks at Southampton Port. Mexican dreaming!
We had a 10-hour flight from Manchester to Cancun and the transfer from Cancun airport to the hotel was two hours by coach. Mexico is five hours behind UK time. It was June, and my husband Matt and I visited the resort of Tulum in Mexico staying for two weeks at the amazing Dreams Tulum hotel on the Riviera Maya. Overall the weather was beautiful, with a few tropical storms during our stay.
