From our very first conversation, he really listened to what we wanted and came back quickly with a draft itinerary that was spot on. He took our ideas and layered in his own expertise and experience, creating a plan that needed very few tweaks. His attention to detail and responsiveness were outstanding. He was always available to answer questions, offered great local tips, and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. This trip created lifelong memories for our family, and we genuinely couldn’t have done it without Ollie’s knowledge and help. Ollie was absolutely incredible, I am neurodiverse and I need lots of information and have some very specific needs in a holiday. We dealt with Ollie to arrange our holiday to Fuerteventura while Covid restrictions were still quite tight and he was professional, clear and very prompt with all communication. This gave us a lot of confidence during uncertain times, and Ollie continued to update us in the months that followed. WOW! I'm used to organising everything myself - On this occasion, I just didn't have the time or the energy to put together such a complex itinerary for everything that I wanted to do in the Philippines. I turned to Ollie - and never looked back! It would have been impossible to stitch my trip together independently, (and certainly not cheaper), but thanks to Ollie’s expertise and local contacts, everything was sorted. Just as well, because on day 2 of my trip (with an onward internal flight booked) Taal volcano erupted causing earth tremors, ash clouds and major disruption to all flights in and out of Manila. Absolute chaos in the airport lounges with no clear information on when my flight would be departing, if at all. Airport personnel couldn’t offer any information, nor was I the priority over 3000 other panicked passengers who could actually speak the language So I text Ollie he immediately got in touch with his local contact - and she promptly and directly updated me on my new flight time and departure gate instructions. So I relaxed with a few airport beers... for 6 hours! That's life! But at least it was 6 hours in assured relaxation rather than 6 hours of desperate uncertainty! I'm confident that I'd have missed my onward flight if I'd been left to fend for myself Then 12 days, 5 island-hopping flights, 3 ferries and multiple land transfers later (all organised by Ollie, all on-time, all seamless and all with personal service), the onset of covid measures started to emerge in Asia, causing minor alterations to my schedule. Cue Ollie and his local agent again who got in touch to reassure and advise of enhanced travel measures, earlier transfers to allow for additional time needed at ports and airports etc. Perfect, non-disruptive, high-confidence pro-activity! I will definitely be taking Ollie along as my virtual guide once more

I, alongside some family members, have used Ollie’s expertise and occupation for multiple trips. Each time he has brought superb customer service, a wealth of local knowledge and expertise advice in everything he does. These trips are one city either, they have been one trip to 7 countries, multiple USA state trips all with hotels and activities. We used Ollie on recommendation from a work colleague. I cannot fault the service, attention to detail and assistance he provided especially given the trip we finally undertook was very different from what we started planning. Whilst the customer may always be “right” I would have lost patience in the number of changes, queries, lack of decision making etc. But not Ollie, he offered to be available whenever needed and it was genuine too, as he rang to check something!! He found us excellent value flights, advised how we could lower the costs by using different airports, found perfect and quality accommodation and ensured it was all just what we wanted. I thought Ollie was great, after giving us some options of hotels in Rome, we promptly came up with our own and thought we had a really competitive price however Ollie beat it hands down on price, couldn't ask for more as a first time customer.
