Hi I'm Pam and welcome to my page.
I live in the Rochdale area and have worked within the travel industry for more than 40 years so it’s relatively safe to say I know a thing or two about travel.
My client base is extensive and rapidly growing for both business and leisure. My business is based on referrals, so I like to think my growth is down to the high level of service I provide, which most important of all provides you, the customer, with total peace of mind.
As you are probably aware the industry is rapidly changing. In order to meet the challenge of change we at Travel Counsellors are equipped with the most up to date technology that permits me to give you, the customer, precise advice that is geared totally around your own individual requirements.
Why Travel Counsellors and not a high street agency you may ask yourself? On the high street the conventional method of selling is directional. Therefore you’ll be recommended specific companies which benefit that particular high street agency. In contrast, I’m completely independent so I have no ties to any particular tour operator or supplier. I’ll recommend the holiday that is right for you and is geared to your individual requirements.
In addition, I offer a 24 hour service. I’m always available, and it will always be me that you deal with as there are no call centres. I’ll be there on the end of the phone should you require anything prior, during, or after your trip.
