Just wanted to express our gratitude for all your help in organising our trip to Rome. You couldn’t have picked a more perfect hotel for us, even though it was a stones throw from the Trevi fountain it was such a quiet sanctuary after long days exploring. The room and bathroom was spacious and of a very high standard. The staff were lovely, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is so well maintained and spotless. We started each day with a fantastic breakfast, Harry’s provides a huge continental selection and also some hot options to set you up for the day and we also ate in their restaurant one night which was very good. The unique feature of the hotel is the access to the former Roman aqueduct which served the original fountain… residents can visit free and it’s fantastic. We really loved the service you provided, it was personal, efficient and all your suggestions were perfect. We would certainly use the private driver transfer service again… saved finding a taxi and no waiting! What we really liked about TC was the bespoke service and that everything was organised by you, the offer of paper documentation, the welcome letter on arrival and the postcard when we arrived home… such lovely touches. Thank you again for putting our incredible trip together, we had the best time. In addition we really liked the fact that we could get in touch at anytime with you should we need to. I have already recommended you and the fact that you offer such a special service.

Paula was extremely diligent and professional helping us to book our holiday to the Caribbean for next year. Paula is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any of our questions.
