I am Pauline, your Personal Travel Counsellor, based in Wemyss Bay, Inverclyde, on the beautiful west coast of Scotland. I live here with my husband, our gorgeous daughter and our two much‑loved dogs, Harley and Buddy.

Travel has been my passion since 1991, when I completed my Travel and Tourism course at college. Since then, I have built a lifelong career in this incredible industry: working overseas as a holiday rep, managing summer and ski resorts, supporting customers in UK and overseas airports, and holding head office roles across Operations, Duty Office and Agency Sales.

More recently, I have been a Personal Travel Advisor, creating tailor‑made short‑haul and long‑haul holidays, luxury and adventure trips, bucket‑list experiences, cruises and touring itineraries, as well as traditional package holidays and city breaks.

Whether you are a first‑time or experienced traveller, my role is to make your holiday planning feel easy, reassuring and completely tailored to you.

I can arrange any type of escape: family trips, couples’ getaways, solo adventures, group bookings, destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, rail journeys, hen and stag celebrations, sixth‑year leavers’ holidays and more. My own travels have taken me throughout Europe, Africa, North America, the Middle East, Australia and the Caribbean, and I draw on this first‑hand experience and destination knowledge to help create holidays that feel truly special and individual. I also keep up to date with the latest travel trends, training and industry developments, so my advice is always current and my skills remain finely tuned to what today’s travellers are looking for.

My husband is disabled, so I have personal experience of travelling with additional needs and arranging special assistance. I understand how important it is to feel confident that support will be in place at every stage of the journey. Whether you need airport assistance, accessible rooms, adapted transfers or clear information about what to expect, I will listen and liaise with suppliers on your behalf so you can travel with reassurance.
