Memorable 2 week Adventure From the moment we asked Rachel Wright to help us plan our holiday she went out of her way to help us, providing advice, information,and keeping us informed about how our holiday plans were progressing. She was willing to change some of the elements of the holiday and work with our budget which meant more time spent planning for her but was always happy to do it. She was always quick to respond to texts and phone calls both before and during our holiday and answer any questions we had, which we found very reassuring. When everything changed due to the Hurricane in Jamaica, she went above & beyond to try and find other suitable options, and during this time she was patient despite it being a stressful situation. We cannot recommend her highly enough. The team at Travel Counsellors that work with Rachel were equally very accommodating of our change in circumstances and went the extra mile to change flights for us and rearrange accommodation. We will be using Rachel again and have already recommended her. If you want peace of mind when planning your next holiday, she is the person to speak to.

Rachel Wright was amazing right from booking our 10 day holiday in Turkey until our home flight landed. Rachel was very understanding when I kept asking what seemed to me stupid questions, as I hadn't been on a holiday for 8 years and was feeling extremely anxious about the airport. Nothing was too much for her and was on hand instantly with any advice. Our family would definitely book through her again, actually we have already been discussing our next holiday.

Would 100% recommend Rachel has been amazing from the moment we started looking at different places to go to for our honeymoon right to the very end of our holiday making sure that we were ok for the whole duration of our stay and also on our journeys there and back home. She found the perfect holiday for us in Halkidiki - we honestly had such a wonderful time. The area we stayed in was beautiful with a good variety of local shops, restaurants, bars etc, and also not too far from a pretty beach - it was exactly what we were looking for! The hotel she found for us was stunning, it had everything we needed and more making our honeymoon very special! She also went above and beyond to make sure that the booking process ran smoothly, taking care of any arrangements leading up to the holiday and also continuesly ensured that any requests we had were sorted. We booked with Rachel Wright to a holiday in Majorca. This would be the fourth holiday through Rachel. She just brilliant. Nothing is to much. Rachel Wright Travel Counsellor is brilliant!! The travel counsellor, Rachel Wright, that organised our holiday was brilliant! She was very competent, and the holiday was everything we'd hoped for. Hubby normally sorts it all out, but using, Rachel, took all the hassle away. This meant that not only was the holiday relaxing, but the time leading up to it was too. Complimentary drinks on the flight there and back helped too!Rachel sorted all the paperwork for us, and we were given a practical folder to keep everything neat and at hand. This meant that at the airport, everything went smoothly. Knowing that if we encountered any hiccups, our counsellor, Rachel, was available was good too. Normally once everything is paid for, it feels like you are on your own. Not so when using this service. It did seem a little more expensive than usual, but actually, when all considered, it really wasn't. Plus the peace of mind we had is worth a lot! All in all, I would heartily recommend this service, and Rachel Wright in particular, and will definitely use it again. We also had so much freedom to either let them sort things like transfers, or decide to do things ourselves (like use a family member to drop us at the airport) Not once did we feel pressured.
