Sam spent time to qualify what myself & my partner wanted for our honeymoon. Despite the late calls and time on the phone Sam had no issues seeing things through from start to finish, no matter how trivial a question we might ask. Sam will look after check ins and all other associated ‘niggles’ that usually come from holidays.

Having wanted to go travelling for a while, it's only obvious to head to the travel agent in the house, my mum! She's been booking my holidays since I was a baby, so there's no doubting that she's good! However, the thing that struck me this time was the TC app. I hate faffing with paperwork especially when it feels like you're taking a book away with you. With all the trips and flights I'm taking, the amount of paperwork I'd be needing for travelling for over a year is ridiculous, which is why the 'myTC' app is so convenient. It means I can keep all of my document safe on my phone/tablet and me being me, it'll always be glued to my hand. Being able to make payments was another good feature that I liked. Other travel apps I'd encountered weren't this simple and didn't allow you to make payments. The ease of setting the app up was great, a quick password selection and I was in. The countdown feature on the home screen accompanied by an image of the destination made it easily shareable on social media to make my friends and family jealous! Not only does it have my flights, but I've also been able to add on pre-booked organised tours. The fact it shows you a simple itinerary is also really handy and means it's easy to find all the important information such as dates, times and terminals. I've also found that it'll give you live flight updates, which is great for me because of travelling alone. It also means all of your documents are there in one place too, no need to wait for them over email or in the post and trying to remember where everything is. Even adding on trips and documentation such as my visa's for various destinations is also really simple. The app is super simple to get to grips with even for the non-tech savvy clients! Can't wait to use it whilst I'm away!

Sam is the best! She has organised all our holidays for the last few years including beach and skiing and more importantly our Kenyan wedding!
