I’m Sarah Clarke, your personal Travel Counsellor, based in Reading where I live with my partner Jason and our daughter Darcie.
With nearly 25 years of experience in the travel industry, spanning high street agencies, Virgin Holidays, luxury hotels, and concierge services, I’ve seen the travel world from many angles. That journey led me to where I am today: offering a truly personal, flexible, and customer-first approach to travel planning.
I chose to partner with Travel Counsellors because it allows me to focus on what really matters - you. I’m not tied to sales targets or limited options. Instead, I have access to a vast network of trusted suppliers, cutting-edge technology, and the support of an incredible head office team. Everything I do is fully financially protected, and tailored to your needs from start to finish.
Travel is my passion, whether it’s discovering somewhere new, revisiting a favourite destination, or helping others create unforgettable memories. I’m especially proud to be part of the Disney Ambassador Program at Travel Counsellors, working closely with Disney to support Travel Counsellors across the country bring the magic to life for their clients, as well as my own. I’ve recently returned from magical trips to Orlando and Disneyland Paris, both of which I experienced with my young daughter. From start to finish using Sarah Clarke from travel counsellors has been seamless. Sarah gave a lot of options and advise from the start of our holiday and was very helpful throughout. Receiving confirmation texts of our transfers and all the paperwork delivered and easily sectioned and able to follow also allowed things to run very smoothly. Sarah has been amazing throughout this whole process! She has given us fantastic recommendations on where to visit in Thailand. Without Sarah I doubt we would have known about the elephant hills. Just when I thought Sarah had taken all of the stress out of organising our honeymoon I went and lost my passport! After an agonising day searching and another stressful trip to London we got it replaced but whilst we were doing that Sarah was busy contacting hotels and airlines to try and make alternative arrangements if we weren’t going to be ready to fly on time! I honestly can’t thank you enough - definitely went above and beyond for us and the gifts that came with our Holiday pack were a beautiful touch too. From the moment we spoke to Sarah on the phone about our plans I felt so much more relaxed. I get very stressed out with travelling and Sarah took all of the organising and hassle away from us but listened to what we wanted.
She booked everything we wanted and found us a perfect hotel, arranged the flights and sorted our car hire.
Her personal touches are something I have never received from any other travel company from bringing our paperwork to my office and calling the car hire company when I was having a melt down about snow chains at 10pm!
I will not book a holiday again without using Sarah, thank you.

I can’t recommend Sarah highly enough! Sarah arranged our honeymoon for us, we knew we wanted to do a road trip in America, visiting San Francisco, Las Vegas and San Diego - however we had absolutely no idea quite how we would do it... As soon as we’d told Sarah what we were hoping for she planned our whole trip, booked flights, accommodation, rental car for us and went through it all. Including all the stops that we wouldn’t have thought of (Yosemite and Zion Park, the highlights of the holiday!)
Amazing having somebody so knowledgeable and passionate to help plan this with us, it truly was the holiday of a lifetime.

Well where do I begin! We have just got back from a brilliant 2 week holiday at The Maratim Hotel in Mauritius which Sarah arranged and recommended from personal experience. What a choice! Not only was it all inclusive but unlike others at this one nearly all the water sports were included as many times as you wanted.
From the time we told Sarah where we wanted to go and the dates, she arranged everything down to the smallest detail. Nothing was too much trouble at all keeping us informed at every point. Sarah even contacted us 24 hours before the flight to see if we wanted her to sort the boarding passes and email them to us to print. Very quick replies to any emails sent. Just amazing service from someone very professional and very knowledgeable about so many places.
If you are thinking of booking a holiday to no matter where, definitely contact Sarah first as I guarantee you would not get a more professional, personal service anywhere.

Cannot recommend Sarah enough!
She was amazing from start to finish, so helpful and thoughtful, sorted everything out for our trip to Disneyland Paris, from booking the trip to booking our dinner reservations.
Sarah was quick to respond to any questions I had and was so thorough.
We had a hiccup on the way which meant we missed our train but, before 7am, Sarah was on the phone to the Eurotunnel to try and let them know we would be late, absolutely amazing service and such a relief to know she was there to help!
Will definitely book again!
