Before becoming a Travel Counsellor, I worked as cabin crew, looking after customers at 35,000 feet in high pressure, time critical situations. This is where I truly thrive. Working under pressure taught me to stay calm, organised, and highly detail focused, while always delivering exceptional service. These skills now form the foundation of how I plan and manage every holiday, ensuring your journey feels seamless, safe, and completely stress free.
