Since 2012, I’ve had the privilege of building long-standing relationships with every one of my clients – all of whom return to me each time they travel. Before launching my own luxury travel business, I worked with British Airways in Sales, Marketing, and Commercial roles, including time on the Concorde Brand Management team – a personal highlight was landing in the cockpit of Concorde into JFK!

We knew where and when we wanted to go, but the packages we had looked at didn't offer the slightly quirky factor we were looking for. Having booked a trip to Paris via Thomas Cook before I had met Sarah, I thought that I had to rebook my trip and fork out a further £5K on my trip, Sarah took all the details off me and confirmed that I hadn't lost the flights and hotel booking but just had to book the trip to Euro Disney & the transfer with her which was a total of £700, therefore because of her honesty & help Sarah has given me, she will be the first person I contact when booking trips going forward. Sarah has been really helpful from suggestions of holiday locations based her extensive knowledge, to hints and tips, the latest one being Fastrack Passport control which we used for the first time at the end of our recent holiday. Arriving back in Manchester the queues were huge for passport control and this must have saved us at least 30mins of queuing. Sarah was also helpful with a query that we had whilst away. I stopped using travel agents many years ago as the staffs' experience fell increasingly behind mine as I travel so much. Lack of continuity and common sense meant having to provide a list of 100 do's and don'ts such as "try to avoid a night flight as we have a four year old son" Sarah is clever and experienced with bundles of common sense, attention to detail and tenacity.

My wife and I must have caused no end of hassle for Sarah, chopping and changing potential dates and destinations, then changing our mind about where we wanted to be on particular dates. We decided to stop for a few days in Antigua to break up our trip to Beaches Turks and Caicos and thought we would try their sister hotel – Grand Pineapple.
