Sarah has been really helpful from suggestions of holiday locations based her extensive knowledge, to hints and tips, the latest one being Fastrack Passport control which we used for the first time at the end of our recent holiday. Arriving back in Manchester the queues were huge for passport control and this must have saved us at least 30mins of queuing. Sarah was also helpful with a query that we had whilst away. We already have another holiday booked with her and it will not be the last.

I stopped using travel agents many years ago as the staffs' experience fell increasingly behind mine as I travel so much. Lack of continuity and common sense meant having to provide a list of 100 do's and don'ts such as "try to avoid a night flight as we have a four year old son" Sarah is clever and experienced with bundles of common sense, attention to detail and tenacity.
