We booked our Costa Rica honeymoon with Scarlett MacGregor and felt looked after from the very first conversation. As a vegan, same–sex couple we needed a trip that reflected our values around inclusion, animal welfare and sustainability, and Scarlett really got that. She created a multi–stop itinerary that flowed beautifully, with transfers and excursions we would never have been able to organise so smoothly on our own. Everywhere we stayed we felt safe, welcomed and catered for, with great vegan options and thoughtful, nature–friendly activities. Highlights included Tortuguero, where we felt completely immersed in the rainforest, zip–lining over the cloud forest in Monteverde, and incredible wildlife experiences where animals were always respected in their natural environment. Throughout the planning, Scarlett was patient as we changed our minds, and always available for questions. When an excursion booking didn’t show on the hotel system, she resolved it quickly despite the time difference, which really reassured us. We would 100% recommend Scarlett to other LGBTQIA+ travellers and anyone who wants a trip that truly reflects their values. We came home feeling like we’d had a once–in–a–lifetime honeymoon, with a much lighter footprint than we thought possible.

Scarlett took any hassles out of booking as she listened to our needs, destination preference and budget and presented us with options to choose from. She was easy to contact for any queries, and arranged special assistance at the airports and with Easy jet. She checked us in taking away the hassles of doing so, with our boarding cards mailed directly to us. She kept us up to date with everything, such as flight and transfer times. Also, the happy birthday message was a nice personal touch! Very professional from start from to finish! We would definitely recommend! Thanks Scarlet, you're a star!!!

Scarlett did all the work involved in arranging our trip to Alou Sol Hotel in Tenerife via Jet2. She went above & beyond what we expected Saving us many hours of trawling on the internet looking for the hotels & flights. The hotel was fabulous & staff at hotel were very polite & helpful. Flight & transfers with Jet2 were simple & the friendly staff guided us all the way.

I visited Minneapolis, the birthplace of the Minneapolis Sound I've adored since I was two years old. I toured Paisley Park, Prince's residence, and visited 1st Avenue, where much of Purple Rain was filmed. I also saw the St. Paul and Minneapolis Funk All Stars perform live and met St. Paul himself, who was involved in the Minneapolis Sound and starred in Purple Rain. My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was excellent, with friendly staff, good food, and great facilities. The booking and support process with Scarlett as my Travel Counsellor was exemplary!
