This was the 1st time using Travel Counsellors namely Shona and I will most definitely be using her again. We had a very specific request for 3 adults (one being 20) for a 7 day cruise and 3 day stay. We wanted to add on drinks packages for the 3 adults but little did we know that in the places we wanted to visit and the cruise line we wanted to book with, an adult is classed as 21. So Shona done everything she could to get to the bottom of the query and we are extremely happy with the results. Shona always kept me up to date with what was happening so we didn’t think she had forgotten about us. And we can not wait for our 2027 holiday to come around.
