Simone was brilliant - always professional and cheerful. My demands were high and there were a few bumps along the way but Simone never gave up and she kept me positive. With her knowledge we changed plans, amended itineraries and added new destinations. It’s been a new experience for me… to have someone with no stress involved has been a joy. In a travel agency you would have an allotted time slot where you would hope to ask any questions. And if you missed something you had lost the opportunity. However with Simone it is timeless. And confidence grows totally stress free!

oday I booked a holiday with Simone for myself and my husband. I know her from a history of booking holidays when she worked for a well known travel company. I was delighted to learn that Simone is a independent travel agent working under the umbrella of ‘travel counsellors.’
Anyway, I have become disenchanted with the large chains of travel agents who take your money and then lose interest. In these harder times of trying to get refunds agents are not keen to offer sympathy, money or advice.
Simone is full of sound advice (she has worked in the travel industry for 29 years). She is both efficient and professional and obtained a good price for my booking. Thank you Simone.
