oday I booked a holiday with Simone for myself and my husband. I know her from a history of booking holidays when she worked for a well known travel company. I was delighted to learn that Simone is a independent travel agent working under the umbrella of ‘travel counsellors.’ Anyway, I have become disenchanted with the large chains of travel agents who take your money and then lose interest. In these harder times of trying to get refunds agents are not keen to offer sympathy, money or advice. Simone is full of sound advice (she has worked in the travel industry for 29 years).
