Stacey has provided us with a very individual customer service in arranging travel for 3 of us to Gent for a 3 day break at the end of October. She arranged hotel accommodation within our budget & Eurostar tickets to travel to Belgium at our required times to avoid any overnight stays in London. Additionally a boat trip in Gent. Stacey gave us prompt customer service on the telephone as well as personal documents sent to us by e mail. Excellent telephone manner . A clear recommendation from us.
