It was so effortless using Stephen to sort our holiday, nothing was a struggle and everything perfectly planned for an amazing cost. Flying out there was fine going through Manchester, no issues at all. The same for returning and coming through Dalaman. Dalaman was quite expensive in duty free and for food so make sure you’re prepared for that on the way back. Overall Summary Overall this was an absolutely amazing holiday for our small family. Stephens help from start to finish made the whole trip amazing and so effortless. I struggle to wind down sometimes yet his expertise and professionalism with sorting such a perfect holiday meant we could relax and properly switch off. We will 100% be using Stephen again and we would visit the same hotel again as well.

Just back from an amazing trip to Cyprus with 5 of my friends for an early 50th birthday, Stephen Rogerson from Travel Counsellors booked the whole trip start to finish, the attention to detail was amazing, he checked us in and sent us all our boarding passes and luggage labels, the flights hotel and transfers were all great, the TC App was a godsend to look things up, Stephen made sure we had arrived and everything was ok at the hotel and then again when we got home, I will definitely be booking with Stephen again soon.

First Class Customer Service Our first ever two city holiday taking in New York and New Orleans went as smoothly as we had hoped. Stephen Rogerson booked us 5 flights two hotels and all transfers. He helped with all our ideas thoughts and expectations for our busy holiday. The two hotels were in perfect locations for us and made it so easy to get around. The flights were all in plenty time of each other so no problems catching them. Stephen did all our luggage tags for all 5 flights for the 3 of us and sent them in advance, booked us in where possible and the transfer were on time and tbh very luxurious! The little things are big things to Stephen and he always makes sure to look at the fine details. Keeps us updated if needs be and as always on hand 24/7. We booked a holiday through Stephen Rogerson at Travel Counsellors recently and we were bowled over with the amazing, efficient and friendly service he provided. We initially booked for Dubrovnik then decided a month before the holiday we wanted to change destinations to get some sun. This was no problem to Stephen and he quickly found us another amazing deal to Tenerife for a small admin fee. I contacted Stephen regarding a city break in Edinburgh for my partners 30th. I had specific requests, with it being for a special occasion I wanted in the city centre, spa/luxury. Stephen managed to tick all these boxes and more. Within a few days of my enquiry I had been sent three different hotels all within a reasonable price, but all hotels with offering something different which was helpful when choosing the perfect one. He even managed to find one near the castle (which I have picked and booked) Stephen has been so helpful and kept regular contact through the booking process. Just wanted to thank Stephen Rogerson - Travel Counsellor for booking our next cruise. Told him what we wanted and he found us the perfect cruise. He’s filled out all the forms and even sorted the insurance ensuring we have the correct cover, all a bit more complicated due to COVID, at a good price to. Hopefully the cruise goes ahead but we’re rest assured that Stephen will be on hand to deal with any cancellation/changes. Certainly takes the stress out of booking during these uncertain times. I had never tried a travel agent before I had spoken to Stephen, he was recommended by a friend who told us to give him a call. From the beginning it was a completely different experience!! Stephen tries his best 100% of the time from the start to the finish to do what he can to make you happy. He makes the whole process just so simple, stress free and actually quite enjoyable! Unfortunately for us we have had a couple of cancellations due to travel restrictions but Stephen has been amazing throughout, I didn't have to worry about a thing as I knew he was on it and working hard to sort things out for us, whether it was a total cancellation or moving the date/hotel/flight Stephen did everything for us and quick too!!!! This is such a different experience to booking with a big travel company, your not just left hanging on the end of a phone wondering and worrying. I think one of the nicest things about Stephen is he genuinely loves his job!! He loves talking about travel and is very knowledgeable on lots of different places, it really shines through when he is helping to book your holiday. The flight times where perfect, the hotel looked beautiful and nothing was a bother, he was always more than happy to discuss any of my worries! We had already booked our Trip to Rome for this year but literally had no idea what we could do when we got there. I contacted Stephen to ask his advice on what to do and see while we were there. Stephen took his time in listening to us and what we wanted to get out of our trip and came up with an amazing itinerary of guided tours for our week away which we have booked with him, he also sorted out our car parking at the Airport!!!. Stephen offered personal recommendations for restaurants and bars from his own trip to Rome which I thought was just fantastic, you wouldn’t get that from a high street travel agent.
