I am Sue Katuszonek and I help people plan thoughtful, well organised holidays that feel special from the very start.
With more than 30 years of experience in travel, tourism and hospitality, I offer a personal travel planning service for busy people who want more than just a standard booking.
MY AIM IS SIMPLE : TRAVEL SHOULD FEEL PROPERLY PLANNED, NOT JUST BOOKED.
I specialise in cruises, honeymoons, Disney holidays, ski trips and tailor made multi‑destination travel for clients looking for something memorable and carefully put together.
Originally from Tickhill in Doncaster and now splitting my time between the UK and Austria, travel has shaped both my career and everyday life for many years. Alongside planning holidays for clients, I still occasionally work on the ground in resort in Austria, supporting guests and seeing first hand the real side of travel: airport arrivals, transfers, excursions, accessibility needs and the small details that can make or break a holiday experience.
That real world experience allows me to bring a practical, personal and knowledgeable approach to every trip I plan, from ski holidays in Austria to tailor made itineraries in destinations such as Japan and the United States, where the details and routing really matter.
Over the years, I have seen just how reassuring it is for clients to have somebody experienced guiding them through the process and looking after everything properly from start to finish. My goal is always to make travel feel exciting, seamless and genuinely well looked after.
