Sue is amazing and gave us Customer service at its highest level. We wanted to book a cruise and having never done one before needed guidance. On booking all the sea view rooms were booked, or so they said. Just before we went Susan rang the hotel directly and secured us 2 sea facing rooms which were lovely. That is service I would say! She is now a good friend to us.
