I just wanted to say what a fantastic, friendly and personal service Trudie provided for our trip to Vietnam recently. It was not somewhere that we had been before, so she did plenty of research for us and provided us with lots of information. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We also really appreciated the messages we received from her before, during and prior to our departure and even a welcome home postcard. She was brilliant. We have already got her on the case for our next few holidays.
