Once we had made the exciting decision to visit family in Australia, Clare was the first point of contact to help with arrangements and offer advice. We had the dates booked off work but were open to ideas and recommendations from Clare on flight times, places to stop over and hotels when we were there. Clare knew exactly what hotel would suit our girls (age 13 and 10) for a stopover in Dubai, and when we reached Sydney, We were all grateful for the recommendation of a spacious two bed hotel room and chance to sleep off the jet lag. We had an amazing 3 weeks in Australia and little touches like welcome notes from Clare at each hotel stop were well received and Clare was on hand to sort out a minor query on flights while we were away. I’m not sure we would get that level of support elsewhere. It’s an exciting time booking a holiday, but it can leave you with endless questions and doubts when going so far and spending so much money! Clare helped take the worry away, I trusted her advice, and we all had a holiday of a lifetime. I would highly recommend Clare for help with any travel needs

Clare spent a lot of time getting our honeymoon exactly right and I have 100 percent trust in her that our holiday will be amazing! I'm very fussy and a real detail person so I kept going back saying I wasn't happy with this hotel and that hotel for all sorts of reasons, but she had loads of patience and even reassured me that it was important to get it right and I was not to worry about the amount of time she was spending on it. She succeeded where others didn't. We had already booked our flights to Nairobi as my fiance has a British Airways gold card and wanted to upgrade us using his points. I needed the bit 'in the middle' sorting out - a safari and beach holiday. A friend who works at Thomas Cook couldn't help at all and Kuoni took all the details and never even rang me back! I had decided to get three quotes but it was obviously a challenge for a travel agent - one which Clare rose to admirably!
