Florence is a gorgeous choice for a city break, with its golden‑stone palaces, terracotta rooftops and cobbled streets filled with pavement cafés and boutique shops. From world‑famous art and architecture to sunset views over the Arno and long, lingering dinners of fresh pasta and Tuscan wine, it is a compact and wonderful city that feels effortlessly elegant at every turn.

We spent 3 days in Florence and that gave us plenty of time to explore.   Definitely somewhere we would love to return to in the future!
