Cunard’s Winter 2028/29 voyages bring big journeys and landmark moments

A milestone at sea with Queen Mary 2

Queen Mary 2’s 500th Transatlantic Crossing is a chance to be part of Cunard history, with embarkation available in Hamburg, Southampton, and Liverpool. The programme also includes Caribbean voyages from Southampton and New York, with overnight stays in Bridgetown, Barbados, and Philipsburg, St Maarten. For a change of pace, a 14-night Western Mediterranean sailing is timed for the Easter school holidays, and can also be booked as a 29-night round trip from New York.

Winter contrasts with Queen Victoria

Queen Victoria’s sailings range from winter sun in the Canary Islands to Norway’s dramatic northern scenery. New seven- and 14-night itineraries through Scandinavia and Northern Europe include overnight stays in Oslo and Copenhagen, giving guests time to explore beyond the day’s sightseeing. Other calls include Funchal in Madeira, Getxo for excursions to Bilbao, and La Rochelle. For those drawn to Norway, sailings to the North Cape and fjords bring opportunities to take in steep cliffs and the possibility of seeing the Northern Lights.

Queen Elizabeth sets out on a World Voyage

After Caribbean sailings from Miami, Queen Elizabeth embarks on a 115-night Eastern Circumnavigation, with Southampton and Miami embarkation options. The route includes Australia and New Zealand, with calls at Fremantle, Melbourne, Sydney, Wellington, and Auckland, alongside destinations such as Singapore, Hong Kong, and Cape Town. Guests can spend extra time ashore with overnight calls in several ports, including Singapore, Cape Town, and Sydney. There are also opportunities to spend the festive season in the Caribbean, including a New Year’s Eve call in St Thomas.

South America with Queen Anne

Queen Anne’s South America Discovery voyage brings together Caribbean ports and some of the continent’s best-known destinations. An overnight stay in Rio de Janeiro coincides with Carnival week, while other calls include Montevideo, Buenos Aires, Valparaiso, and Callao, gateway to Lima. The itinerary also visits Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, and Peru, with time to enjoy the changing scenery along the coast. It’s Queen Anne’s final South America voyage with Cunard, sailing from Southampton or Hamburg.
